This part-time role (25-30 hours per week) offers a unique opportunity to advance Clarity's mission through community engagement, fundraising events, and relationship-building efforts.

About the Role:
As the Development Officer, you will be responsible for promoting Clarity's ministry within the communities of Shelby and Decatur Counties. Your efforts will focus on fostering strong relationships, securing financial support, and increasing awareness of Clarity's programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with donors, businesses, churches, and community partners
- Represent Clarity through personal contacts, public appearances, and speaking engagements
- Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events to increase community involvement and support
- Identify new opportunities for community engagement and philanthropic growth
- Collaborate with the development team to align fundraising strategies with Clarity's goals
- Maintain accurate donor records and provide timely follow-up and appreciation efforts
