Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Director to spearhead the development and expansion of our in-house therapy services, including EMDR, couples therapy, family therapy, CBT, PCIT, TMS, and more. This role is ideal for a visionary leader who is prepared to build from the ground up, creating a therapy wing that complements our existing testing services.
The ideal person for this role has a unique combination of great communication, leadership, organizational, and entrepreneurial skills. You will be given the opportunity to profit share based on your initiatives of building our therapy wing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand therapy programs, ensuring integration with our psychological testing framework.
- Carry a therapy or testing caseload, providing individual and group counseling, intakes, and feedback sessions.
- Oversee clinical services and standards of care, including documentation and compliance with state and county requirements.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Director of Operations.
- Manage the recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of clinical staff.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with community and medical providers.
- Provide leadership and supervision to clinical teams, including unlicensed staff and interns.
- Develop and implement master treatment plans and discharge planning.
- Engage in proactive outreach and training within the community and professional networks.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years post-graduate clinical experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
- Licensed in Massachusetts as LCSW, LMFT, LMSW, PMHNP, MD, Ph.D./Psy.D.
- Strong clinical skills in substance use disorder treatment, adult mental health, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
- Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse populations.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and web browsers.
- advanced report writing skills and test interpretation
