Role Overview:
We are seeking a licensed MA psychologist to provide telehealth services, including therapy sessions, intake assessments, and feedback consultations. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in interpreting psychological tests and crafting reports that offer meaningful, actionable insights beyond mere data presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Therapeutic Services: Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, addressing a diverse range of psychological concerns.
- Assessments and Intakes: Perform comprehensive intake evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Psychological Testing:
- You will curate a psychological testing battery for each patient and be provided with a psychometrist who will administer those tests in one of our MA locations.
- From the data, you will develop detailed reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations. Note* you should have at least 1-2 years of test interpretation and report writing experience. Our psychologists do not simply "data dump " or regurgitate the data but phrasing it in a way that an everyday person could understand and make sense of.
- Feedback Sessions: Deliver clear and compassionate feedback to clients, guiding them through assessment results, any diagnoses assigned, and therapeutic next steps.
