An independently owned New York-based real estate investment management firm is seeking a Client Services Analyst to work within the Research and Production department. Client Services is responsible for all client communication for Sentinel’s commingled and separate accounts. Beyond client-specific functions, Client Services also works on consultant questionnaires and other requests for information. Client Services works closely with Research, Production, Portfolio Management, Investor Services and Finance.
As a client services analyst, you will assist the First VP / Client Services in preparing and distributing quarterly investor statements and reports and all other client and prospective client materials.
Responsibilities : What You’ll Do :
- As an Analyst, you will provide administrative and analytical support to the First VP / Client Services as needed. Responsibilities include : Update client transactions (i.e. investment histories) in Sharepoint and Dynamo on a quarterly basis.
- Provide support to senior staff team members, as well as other members of the firm.
- Maintain and organize client correspondence and documents in Sharepoint and Dynamo.
- Send quarterly client statements and reports.
- Manage client database by regularly updating CRM Software.
- Ad hoc Excel projects.
- Additional duties as assigned.
