Our client, a nonprofit in Music and Performing Arts, is seeking a Temp Lifecycle & Retention Marketing Associate to support their team for 6 months.
Rate: $25-30/hour
Office policy: 3x/week on-site
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns from start to finish, including identifying target audiences, drafting email copy and creative briefs, collaborating with designers to create email graphics, building campaigns in our email service provider, testing to ensure accessibility and quality, and tracking performance to gain insights for future campaigns.
- Design and build targeted audience lists in our CRM for email and paid media campaigns.
- Track marketing campaign performance, including email engagement and conversions, and provide reports and insights to the Marketing team.
- Coordinate cross-campus email, digital, social, and on-campus marketing campaigns with Lincoln Center’s resident organizations.
- Support the development of new audience journeys, including lead generation, welcome campaigns, and SMS alerts.
- Track lifecycle marketing and email marketing industry regulations and trends to continually optimize campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years marketing experience
- Professional or internship experience in an arts marketing, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing role
- Experience with copywriting
- Experience working with an email service provider preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to be both a self-starter and a dynamic team player
- Ability to think critically and analyze data to extract learnings
