The Role
Our client, a leading firm in Wexford, is seeking an experienced and motivated Audit Manager to join their Audit & Assurance department. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional to take on a leadership role within a growing team.

As Audit Manager, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients across a variety of industries.
• Take responsibility for successfully delivering audit and accounting engagements within agreed timelines, ensuring seamless client and team communications.
• Plan the execution and finalisation of audit assignments while maintaining the highest standards.
• Lead, manage, motivate, and coach members of the audit team to ensure excellence and career development.
• Build and maintain proactive working relationships with clients, ensuring year-round engagement and satisfaction, not just during the audit process.
• Research and resolve technical queries from clients.
• Deliver top-quality auditing services that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Oversee the successful completion of audit engagements from start to finish.

Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:

• ACA or ACCA qualifications.
• 2-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Previous supervisory, team lead, or managerial experience.
• A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong technical skills.
• Awareness of business trends and emerging industry developments.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines effectively.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to critically assess and analyse information.
