As a Virtual Assistant you will play a key role in driving our outreach efforts and managing our CEO's busy schedule. Responsibilities :
- Handle cold calls to potential recruiting and consulting clients introducing our services and setting up initial meetings.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar by scheduling calls meetings and appointments ensuring efficient time management.
- Maintain and update client information in our CRM system.
- Follow up on calls to ensure leads are properly nurtured and appointments are confirmed.
- Assist in preparing any necessary materials or briefings for scheduled calls or meetings.
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO as needed.
