We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing our business by managing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional with a sales mindset or someone who excels in delivering outstanding customer service in a low-pressure sales environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell services to existing clients
  • Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
  • Provide clients with regular updates on new services or changes in the industry that may benefit them
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with the help of our technical team
  • Gather client feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services


Experience and Skill Requirements:


  • Extremely strong communication and customer service skills
  • Outgoing and charismatic personality
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus.
  • Experience or knowledge of the IT industry is preferred but will train the right candidate

Compensation:


Base Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000

Expected total compensation: $60,000 to $75,000


This is a full-time position with opportunity for growth. We offer a very collaborative and supportive culture, flexible scheduling and a comfortable work environment which often includes hybrid work from home opportunities after a 3 to 6 month training period. Benefits include 401(k), flexible PTO, disability and health/dental/vision/life insurance options.

Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
