Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell services to existing clients
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide clients with regular updates on new services or changes in the industry that may benefit them
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with the help of our technical team
- Gather client feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services
Experience and Skill Requirements:
- Extremely strong communication and customer service skills
- Outgoing and charismatic personality
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus.
- Experience or knowledge of the IT industry is preferred but will train the right candidate

Compensation:
Base Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000
Expected total compensation: $60,000 to $75,000
This is a full-time position with opportunity for growth. We offer a very collaborative and supportive culture, flexible scheduling and a comfortable work environment which often includes hybrid work from home opportunities after a 3 to 6 month training period. Benefits include 401(k), flexible PTO, disability and health/dental/vision/life insurance options.
