Overview of the Position Responsibilities : The Inbound Sales Specialist will generate company revenue by closing sales over the phone and providing sales solutions with a seamless. customer experience. This critical role will own the customer experience up to time of install.

What You Will Do :
- Influence customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales process to give service and product information and accurate price quotes.
- Follow assigned schedule to ensure accurate phone coverage.
- Communicate the need to escalate calls to assure resolution of issues.
- Provide quality internal customer support.
- Prioritize and move quickly between inbound and outbound calls.
- Maintain positive, consistent and effective communication with your manager, team members and customers.
- Follow up with potential customers as needed via phone, email and text.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all products, processes and systems.
- Maintain working knowledge of department and stay current with latest policies.
- All other related duties as assigned.
