Bluepeak is seeking a visionary and results-oriented Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Director to spearhead the development and execution of innovative go-to-market strategies that drive business growth, elevate brand preference, and maximize conversions. In this critical leadership role, you will define and implement positioning, messaging, and segmentation strategies that align with Bluepeak’s business objectives while maximizing the full potential of cutting-edge tools like HubSpot’s inbound marketing capabilities to optimize performance.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in GTM strategy development, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and expertise in cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with teams across marketing, sales, and product to deliver data-driven campaigns that resonate with target audiences. What You Will Do:
- Be the key business driver across all markets and create a comprehensive omnichannel campaign that drives growth.
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive business growth. Collaborate with product team, creative partners, and broader marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Lead the definition and communication of Bluepeak’s value proposition, key differentiators, and messaging across product and services. Ensure positioning reflects industry trends, customer insights, and competitive advantages.
- Continuously monitor market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor moves. Use this data to inform strategy adjustments.
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive business growth. Collaborate with product team, creative partners, and broader marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Oversee the development of lead generation strategies that attract, nurture, and convert prospects into customers. Partner with the digital marketing team to drive demand and conversion through email, content, social media, and paid media channels.
- Utilize marketing automation platforms like HubSpot to optimize the customer journey, track leads, and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Establish KPIs and measure the success of GTM initiatives through data-driven analysis.
- Analyze media attribution models and evaluate channel performance to understand cost efficiency, optimize budget allocation, and improve return on marketing investment.
- Evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization and future strategies.
- Regularly update senior leadership and stakeholders on campaign progress, results, and optimization efforts. Ensure clear communication of insights and strategic recommendations to support informed decision-making.
- Evaluate the current technology infrastructure to identify performance gaps and optimization opportunities. Deliver strategic recommendations for advanced tools that would enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and competitive advantage.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in GTM strategy, marketing.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes, particularly in the telecommunications space.
- Deep expertise in ideating and executing and bringing your high-level strategy to the tactical level.
- Expertise in utilizing marketing automation tools like HubSpot to create integrated campaigns and optimize customer journeys.
- Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns, managing cross-functional teams, and collaborating with senior leadership to drive business results.
- Relentlessly mines and analyzes data to make informed recommendations, decisions, and optimizations to consistently increase ROI.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor teams while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex strategies to stakeholders.
Education & Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience with HubSpot is required.
- Background in telecommunications (preferred but not required).
- Candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
