What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior SAP Integration Specialist position at CLARITY?
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 4 years of project experience of the integration design and implementation in Enterprise projects including at least 2 years in senior or lead role.
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience working with SAP Integration Suite (SAP Cloud Integration, SAP APIM, OData, IDocs, etc.).
- Strong Experience working with REST Service and Webservices and hands-on experience with APIs.
- Development experience in Java Scripting and Groovy.
- Knowledge of integration-specific scripting and transformation tools (e.g. XSLT, JSON and XML).
- Ability to debug complex integration problems and version controlling, transport protocol within the SAP Integration Landscape.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with a focus on delivering business value.
- Experience mentoring and guide junior team members.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in programming using ABAP or other programming languages is an advantage.
- Experience with BASIS tasks delivery is considered as advantage.
- Certification in SAP Integration Suite is an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Solution Design and Development
o Analyze client requirements to understand integration needs and design appropriate solutions.
o Develop, configure, and test integration workflows using middleware tools or custom coding.
o Ensure integration solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
- Implementation and Deployment
o Implement integration solutions by connecting various systems, databases, and applications.
o Perform data mapping, transformations, and migrations to ensure smooth interoperability.
o Deploy integration components in development, testing, and production environments.
- System Testing and Troubleshooting
o Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
o Identify and resolve issues or bugs in integration workflows during and after deployment.
o Ensure integration solutions meet performance, reliability, and scalability standards.
- Documentation
o Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, including technical designs, user manuals, and operational guides.
o Update documentation based on changes or upgrades in systems or tools.
- Client and Stakeholder Interaction
o Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide updates.
o Serve as a point of contact for clients during the integration lifecycle, addressing queries or concerns.
- Continuous Improvement
o Identify opportunities for optimizing existing integration processes.
o Stay updated with new integration tools, trends, and technologies to enhance project efficiency.
