REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of experience in UX design
- Experience in developing user interfaces and creating user experiences for products.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and user research methods.
- Ability to develop and document user flows, user journeys, and personas.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes (including interactive ones), and design mockups...
- Proficiency with prototyping and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe, Miro, etc.).
- Knowledge of visual design principles and typography
- Experience in conducting UX research: usability testing, user interviews, competitive analysis, A/B testing.
- Experience collaborating with developers, product managers, marketers, and other team members.
- Ability to clearly present and defend design decisions based on data and research.
- Participation in discussions and brainstorming sessions with the team to improve UX processes.
- Understanding of product development processes and the ability to make decisions that balance the best user experience with business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders

- Research user behavior and data metrics to refine and improve design solutions.
