Clinical Supervisor (Intensive Outpatient & PHP Program)

We’re seeking a passionate Clinical Supervisor for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) who prioritizes patient care and strives for clinical excellence. 

Location: Clarity Clinic (Evanston): 501 Davis St, Evanston, IL 60201

Shift schedule options:

• 3 days per week 11am - 8pm 2 days and 8am - 5pm

         OR

• 11am - 8pm (Monday - Friday) ** with additional $5k PM shift incentive eligible for this shift selection. 

Compensation:  Full Time (Salary): Base salary range $75,000-80,000 per year (salaried role). Plus, additional $5,000 shift incentive - paid bi-weekly, as an evening shift incentive. Total earning potential will be $80-85k, commensurate to years of experience and licensure and shift selection. 

In this role, you will:  

• Provide leadership and supervision to partially licensed and non-licensed (MA/LSW/AMFT/LPC) program therapists in the clinic's program, while maintaining direct oversight of the IOP/PHP program initiatives and performance metrics.
• Conduct patient assessments to determine the mental health needs and interventions necessary of clients entering the Intensive Outpatient Program to establish therapy treatment goals. 
• Provide experience and training leading manualized DBT/CBT skills-based groups. 
• Work directly with the patient and families, to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge. 
• Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services as assigned using evidence-based modalities and interventions. 
• Document all necessary information in our EMR/EHR platform (Advanced MD).  
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure quality client care. 
• Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.  
• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, providing support and resources to enhance understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment journey.

Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:   

• Must be fully licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois with one of the following licensures: LCSW/LCPC/LMFT or PsyD. 
• Experience in group, family, and individual therapy.  
• Experience working with an array of populations, diagnoses, including co-occurring disorders.
