Job Description - Testing Architect (

We at Clarium are looking for a dedicated, customer-oriented Testing Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a natural aptitude for managing projects effectively.
As a Testing Architect within Client's Orange Rocket effort, you will work closely with the Infrastructure, Risk, Testing and Compliance areas to help review, adjust and enhance our existing framework to align with industry's best practices.
A Testing Architect, not to be confused with a test architect, is a senior role responsible for helping design the quality assurance functions within an organization. They will work with our product teams, standards teams and policy teams to ensure that we put proper standards into place to mitigate risk for services we will deliver for our external and internal customers.
This role will need to assess our existing landscape, identify gaps and areas for improvement, make recommendations and quantify the value of the changes proposed in order to compliance with industry standards and audit findings.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Standard Development and Implementation:
Create and enforce comprehensive quality standards, procedures, and guidelines aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Data Analysis And Reporting
Collect, analyze quality data using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of quality issues, then generate reports for management.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Lead and champion quality improvement projects to optimize processes and reduce defects.
Compliance Management
Ensure adherence to relevant industry regulations and standards, including documentation and recordkeeping.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with different departments like production, engineering, and customer service to identify and address quality concerns throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors Degree (BA/BS/BE) Relevant Field - Required
10 years as a Testing Strategist or Transformation leader
10 years leading a team of project managers and engineers

- 10 years of experience in supporting multiple concurrent competing work efforts
- 10 years in current state assessment and gap identification within testing organizations
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and principles
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in data analysis and statistical tools
- Experience in quality audits and investigations
