We are currently seeking a director, leading the engineering teams and contributing to the technical direction of the organization. This individual will be responsible for driving customer solutions, developing the technical road map, managing budgetary decisions and driving innovation.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Communicate with senior technology leadership and key product stakeholders to provide updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver impactful software solutions.
Identify potential risks and issues related to software development projects and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
Ensure that all software products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.
Collaborate with customers to understand client requirements and lead the development of tailored solutions that address their needs effectively.
Foster a culture of innovation within the technology team, continuously exploring new technologies, methodologies, and approaches to drive business growth and competitive advantage.
Provide guidance and direction to the team to develop robust and scalable solutions that meet both current and future business needs.
Work closely with Product Management teams to gather quarterly inputs and align technology initiatives with product roadmaps and strategic objectives..
Facilitate communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Data Science, and other departments, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of technology initiatives.
Develop and deliver quarterly and yearly roadmaps outlining key technology initiatives, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and objectives.
Estimate completion time for technology projects within a quarter, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery.
Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements within existing systems and processes, working closely with teams to implement solutions that drive cost savings and enhance performance.
Proactively identify and address bottlenecks in the development process, working collaboratively with teams to overcome obstacles and maintain project momentum
Identify opportunities for cost savings through technology optimization, vendor negotiations, and process improvements, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
Regularly assists with team evaluation, technical capabilities, and provide colleague feedback.
Management Responsibilities:
Lead and direct the activities of teams across a function or department.
Define and communicate strategic initiatives at the department-level and provide input on strategic initiatives for the organization.
