What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr QA Engineer position at Clarivate Analytics US LLC?
We are looking for a Senior QA who will be responsible for identifying test scenarios and writing and executing test scripts of moderate complexity. Evaluates risk and defects and conducts general root cause analysis. Works independently within an established framework. The person will implement test automation and conduct a wide range of quality control tests, trials and analyses across systems and applications to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end user requirements. Drafts, revises and approves test plans and scripts to ensure alignment with standards and software strategy.
About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- At least bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or engineering
- Experience writing and maintaining integration test cases.
- At least 2 years of QA Automation Testing experience.

Designs, implements, executes, and debugs / fixes automated tests of moderate complexity.

The Clinical Trials Investigators QA team focuses on ensuring the quality of a large variety of projects like Data science output validation, Databricks database testing, Datalake validation, end to end integration, and admin system testing. This involves functional testing, regression testing, automated testing, and continuous integration testing. A strong QA process leads to a more reliable product or service, which enhances the user experience and builds trust with customers.
