We are seeking an Accessibility Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted collaborator working with internal teams to support inclusive design and accessibility in our products. You will evaluate products for compliance with accessibility standards, conduct accessibility testing, and document findings. Your deep knowledge of WCAG standards for digital applications and your expertise in using both automated and manual accessibility testing tools and techniques for web and mobile applications will be key. You will also serve as an in-house accessibility resource, collaborating with design and development teams to integrate accessible UX principles, contribute to accessible design patterns, and provide recommendations to ensure compliance and improve digital experiences for all users. You will be passionate about developing and refining processes to achieve accessible digital solutions.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
- 3 years of accessibility-focused work experience.
- Strong knowledge of WCAG, Accessibility Conformance Testing, and ARIA
- Experience consulting on accessible design, code, or digital content
- Experience using accessibility tools such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and ZoomText
- Experience producing Accessibility Conformance Reports
- Demonstrated experience in improving and remediating for accessibility
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- IAAP Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) Certification
- Reporting and Documentation: You will conduct accessibility audits and testing, and produce Accessibility Conformance Reports and related documentation.
- Testing: You will perform product accessibility testing with assistive technologies such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and ZoomText, with a deep understanding of their interactions with multiple browsers and platform combinations using both automated and manual methods.
- Consultation: You will consult with product teams on how to resolve issues discovered during testing and serve as an in-house resource on global accessibility standards (EN 301 549/WCAG).
- Remediation: You will utilize your development and technical skills to collaborate with development teams to resolve accessibility barriers.
- Education: You will help foster knowledge and growth in both internal and external communities, promoting accessibility awareness and best practices.
