About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments…
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of relevant human resources experience
- Project/Program Management experience
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Payroll or Benefits experience
- Plan and execute payroll and benefit objectives, ensuring the programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Oversee the coordination of tasks, resources, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration to ensure successful program outcomes
- Manage risk and issues, ensuring minimal impact on program delivery, working with management and project owners to resolve escalations when needed
- Serve as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and gathering feedback to drive improvements
- Ensure the proper documentation of program milestones, timelines, and outcomes, and maintain all related project artifacts
- Review current processes and implement process improvements as needed
- Evaluate and audit payroll and benefit programs through data analysis using Microsoft Excel
