We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Global product team. This is an amazing opportunity to own the entire product lifecycle for a global, market leading portfolio of products and services with an 85-year history of innovation. Our team is a standalone business unit that reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Academia & Government. Our team is a combination of product managers and partnership managers who work to aggregate, enhance, and disseminate graduate research worldwide, owning the entire lifecycle for a suite of products and services. We achieve this through our focus on building relationships with higher education institutions graduate programs, researchers, librarians, government agencies, and corporations.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree, OR Equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience leading products through the product lifecycle
- 5 years of experience in user experience research and analysis
- 5 years of experience working with customers
- MBA or PHD
- Professional experience in the higher- education or education technology markets
- Fluency in languages other than English

- Use data analysis and user research methods to improve product user satisfaction.
- Product vision
- Define product vision through user problem identification, data analysis and rapid concept testing of solutions for new products, new features or content.
- Product strategy
- Develop the product strategy, value proposition, and target market to identify and define feature / function prioritization and requirements.
- Product go-to-market
- Understand market priorities, drive activities to deliver product to market according to roadmap and prioritization decisions, develop launch package including pricing and product bundling options; targeted segments; and competitive analysis.
- Own and execute internal release readiness including sales, customer support, and customer success training and enablement.
- Cross-departmental communication and coordination
- Engage with key stakeholders; Technology, UX, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to guide capabilities and constraints.
- Work closely with R&D, Marketing and other departments to ensure consistency in product development and promotion.

- Full time, permanent
- Although duties are typically performed during normal business hours, off-hours work/on-call shifts may be required to meet customer and/or business needs.
- This is a hybrid position, where you will be required to come in to one of our office locations 2/3 days a week
