Interpreting / Translation Agency in Central Florida seeks qualified/certified freelance medical and healthcare interpreters in:
Orlando Area: Altamonte - Apopka - Celebration- Davenport - Kissimmee - Lake Mary - Lake Nona - Orlando - Oviedo - Winter Garden - Winter Park - and surrounding areas.
- ASL
- Spanish
- Haitian Creole
- Vietnamese
- Portuguese
- Korean
- Mandarin
Minimum Requirements:
- Fluent in English and the second language
- Medical / healthcare-related training /education and terminology
- 2 or more years of professional interpreting experience
- 2 years of college (or equivalent)
- MUST live in the mentioned areas
- Professional demeanor
- 21 years of age
- Legally able to work in the U.S.
Preferred additional qualifications:
- Previous Employer Certification a plus
- Bachelor degree (or equivalent) a plus
- Completed a 40 hr. Medical Interpreter Training
- Legal or medical certification.
Possible additional pre-requisites: Health screen and Medical interpreting/terminology test - fees may apply.
