“MUST HAVE” QUALIFICATIONS
Experience and Credentials
Hold your CFP designation
7 years of analytically rigorous financial planning
3 years running high net worth relationships
10 years of total work experience
Planning and Analytical Chops
Created (from scratch) 200 complete financial plans in leading software (MoneyGuide Pro, eMoney, or RightCapital), at least 75 of which have been for high net worth
True Expert in at least one of the 3 leading financial planning softwares to the point where you can confidently test multiple scenarios, create custom reports, conduct insurance needs analysis, evaluate tax planning strategies, and more
Microsoft Excel geek - pushing data around, using pivot tables, lookup tables, driving insights that you can't drive from planning software
Excellent Communicator and Cultural Fit
Very clear thinker and communicator (verbal & written)
Well organized and respectful of client service standards (deadlines)
Very good at detailed work AND "connecting" it to the bigger picture and seeing how your planning tasks at hand dovetail into the broader client situation
Very comfortable saying “I don’t know” and “I need help”
Consistently demonstrate our core values (curiosity, tenacity. service, rigor, clarity)
"NICE TO HAVE" QUALIFICATIONS
Expertise in MoneyGuidePro
Bring something new to the table to expand the capability of our team (e.g. CPA, CFA, Trading, Behavior, etc.)
Experience in an RIA (preferably fee-only & growth oriented)
Familiarity with Schwab
Track record of effective remote work
Track record of thriving in a small company "start-up" culture
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Full-time W2
Base Salary $125-150K (commensurate with skills & experience)
