Job description :
The Inventory Recovery Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of processing products returned to our distribution centers through the current and future returns portal. They will evaluate all products returned on any given RA to confirm policy compliance, identify item condition, communicate any unknown or used returns to the Customer Representatives, and maintain clarity on next steps for any pending RA. The Inventory Recovery Coordinator will report directly to the Region Manager at their facility.
Responsibilities :
- Thoroughly evaluate all items returned to confirm policy compliance.
- Collaborate with all Reverse Logistics team focuses to ensure proper follow-through for all items returned.
- Used Inventory
- Out of Original Packaging
- Non-Web inventory returns
- Provide detailed comments in the current and future portal to ensure the team has all the appropriate information needed to identify ideal resolutions.
- Communicate with your Region Manager on any day-to-day needs.
- Create RAs / IRs when needed.
- Meet accuracy and productivity metrics.
- Abide by all local safety policies and procedures.
