As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of orders, from inception to delivery. You will be responsible for monitoring order fulfillment issues, collaborating with various departments to address challenges, and providing timely updates to our valued stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to showcase your excellent communication skills by building and maintaining relationships with transportation providers, vendors, and internal contacts which will be essential as you work to resolve shipping issues and ensure timely delivery. KEY ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Proactive Identification of Delays : Continuously monitor order processing stages to foresee potential delays or bottlenecks, utilizing historical data and real-time analytics to anticipate issues before they arise.
- Efficient Mitigation Strategies : Implement rapid and effective solutions to mitigate delays, such as reallocating resources, expediting processes, or communicating with relevant stakeholders to expedite resolution.
- Proactive Communication : Reach out to stakeholders with transparent and timely updates on delays, providing accurate lead times, setting clear expectations, and offering alternative solutions to meet their needs.
- Empathetic Engagement : Approach stakeholder communication with empathy and understanding, acknowledging their concerns and offering support to ensure a positive experience despite any inconveniences.
- Rapid Responsiveness : Respond promptly to all inquiries in the Logistics Support inbox, Outlook, and Teams Channels, demonstrating a commitment to providing timely assistance and resolution.
- Thorough and Detailed Responses : Provide comprehensive and detailed responses to address all aspects of stakeholder inquiries, offering helpful suggestions and preemptively addressing potential follow-up questions to streamline the communication process.
- Organizational Excellence : Maintain a clean and organized inbox by promptly deleting old conversations, properly categorizing and tagging conversations as they arise, and ensuring that all relevant information is easily accessible for future reference.
- Systematic Task Management : Establish a structured approach to task oversight, setting designated times / days for task completion and adhering to a consistent schedule to ensure that no tasks are overlooked or neglected. Maintain clear communication with team members regarding bandwidth and status of tasks as necessary.
- Attention to Detail : Pay meticulous attention to detail when managing tasks, orders, or the Logistics Support inbox, ensuring that each task is fully and thoroughly addressed according to established protocols and standards.
- Comprehensive Issue Identification : Utilize a comprehensive approach to identify and address issues that extend beyond immediate concerns, such as recurring patterns or underlying systemic issues.

This role is a hybrid role with time required at our Lititz campus and time to work from home. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. Occasional activities may involve exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes, and gases. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. The passage of employees through the work area is average and normal.
