What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Tech PT position at Clark Associates Companies?
We are seeking a candidate to fill a part-time building maintenance position. The candidate must have a working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems and must also be able to perform minor building repairs. Seeking candidate willing to work 16 to 24 hours per week with flexible daytime hours. Starting pay is negotiable based on experience level with opportunity for increase within the first 60 days. Company vehicle and phone will be provided while working between sites. Management evaluates employee performance on an annual basis and offers bonus payouts to eligible employees.

- Must be able to constantly bend, reach, climb, and stand for extended periods of time.
