What are the responsibilities and job description for the Post Construction Assistant position at Clark Associates Companies?
The Post Construction Assistant helps ensure a successful final stage of our project work. The day to day will include creating warranty letters, operation & maintenance manuals and product registration for the equipment on each project. This is a part time position (20 hours a week) with flexible work hours. The work can be done between 7am-4pm Mon-Fri.
Job Responsibilities
Create warranty letters for each project
Create operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals for each project
Register products on the factory websites to update the warranty dates
Submit all closeout documents needed for each project

Excellent written / verbal communication
Construction and / or commercial food service experience is not required, but is preferred
On the job training is provided
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Proficiency with MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Customer service-oriented attitude with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations
Language Skills
Proficiency in English is required
Physical Demands
Work is performed while sitting / standing and interfacing with a personal computer
Ability to lift 1lb-10lb box for a short amount of time
Work Environment
This role requires working in our Lancaster, PA office
Travel Requirements
Traveling is not required for this position
Project field trips, site visits, vendor training, industry events, etc. may arise but would be optional and not mandatory
