Position Overview :
As a Project Manager for the Operations Support Services, you will lead various projects through the installation of equipment at new and existing facilities by collaborating with Integrators, Contractors and Internal partners to manage project schedules, review / implement accurate bid proposals, and effectively lead project execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage projects involving the installation of warehouse automation systems to include commencing new equipment, technology, retrofits, and software initiatives.
- Full involvement in the review of system designs ensuring compliance with WebstaurantStore’s requirements to include overseeing selection, quoting, and procurement of necessary equipment.
- Lead coordination meetings involving internal and external partners through the entirety of the project, managing timelines, budgets, and communications.
- Be the Point of Contact for all site communications to include, project milestone inspections, coordination between partners / stakeholders, and issue troubleshooting / resolution.
- Create detailed documentation for future turn-key integrations across the distribution network while providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Become a subject matter expert in all aspects of fulfillment center operations to support performance improvement through standardizing processes and implementing new technologies.
- Conduct field visits to operations to critically assess progression of current projects, current operational workflows and develop new processes to help operations meet KPIs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
