Clark National Accounts has recently joined forces with Clark Pro and our range of partners is broader than ever. Our combined team will now service partners in Restaurants and Retail, Entertainment, Senior Living, Hospitality, Business and Industry, Casinos, Health Care and Higher Education.
KEY ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
The Sr. Manager of Project Services will lead a team of Project Managers in the fulfillment of Equipment and Smallwares projects across three customer sales channels. A gifted Integrator, this role will best align our processes connecting our functions between sales and project fulfillment and managing the activities of third-party consolidation and installation partners. Leading a team of talented Project Managers, this position will guide and develop their team in pursuing excellence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Leadership
Effectively manages workflow and processes for all project work across three unique customer sales channels each with brands and customers specific needs.
Ensures a cohesive and productive transfer of project work from the sales opportunity through the fulfillment process and ultimately closing the project further enriching our customer partnerships.
Embraces forward thinking so our process today can scale to support our explosive growth.
Develops, refines, and integrates optimized project life cycles, standard operating procedures, and cross-functional collaboration initiatives to support diverse project categories
Team Leadership
Fosters team excellence through growth and development of the Project Management team. Seeking every opportunity to advance the product knowledge, industry awareness and business acumen of the team.
Manages workflow and resources during periods of explosive growth. Ensuring an excellent customer experience for current partners and those on the horizon.
Provides a challenging, engaging and rewarding work environment for team members actively exploring and supporting their career paths.
Performance Leadership
Continues to strive for optimal and ever improving efficiency and profitability within the team
Champions the Customer Experience while continuing to strengthen our partnerships with customers and brands
Guides the team to achieve project completion and revenue targets in a highly fluid industry
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
5 years of leadership experience ideally with high growth teams
3 years of project management experience (preferred) or significant business leadership experience at the division level
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
A skillful communicator with the ability to connect effectively inside and outside of our organization with cross team collaboration, customers and third-party partners.
The ability to achieve and maintain organizational focus during periods of rapid growth and considerable change.
Proven expertise in strategy implementation and execution
Makes informed and strategic decisions based on data and a complete understanding of the impact across the organization and to our customers and teams.
An accomplished leader with demonstrated success in developing and guiding teams to achieve excellence.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
May require occasional travel to Company and Partner locations, up to 25%
The role will require a combination of in office presence and remote work (generally 2 days per week in office)
