Responsibilities
- Global project management : lead and oversee the end-to-end production process of projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution from pre-production planning to final delivery.
- Production setup : develop and implement the best production architecture for each project, including selecting appropriate partners and vendors to achieve the desired creative outcomes.
- Creative operations : suggest and implement efficient workflows and ways of working to streamline the creative production process and improve collaboration globally.
- Budget and calendar management : manage project budgets and dates, ensuring cost-effective production while maintaining high creative standards respecting deadlines.
- On-location management : co-manage shoots and productions on location, coordinating logistics and ensuring everything runs smoothly and accordingly. Availability to travel to supervise productions is necessary.
- Creative operations innovation : help to research best practice and roll out new tools and methods to create better creative workflow, including in project management, content creation, and AI.
