What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Account Manager position at Clark Associates, Inc.?
Clark Food Service Equipment's Operator Sales Team is growing rapidly, and we're now looking for Assistant Account Managers. These individuals will work hand in hand with both our Account Managers and management to help with and coordinate daily workflow. Some of the primary responsibilities of Assistant Account Managers will be to:
Build quotes, bids and order guides for customers- Help customers with invoicing, credits, reshipments, etc.
- Assist both Account Managers and customers with shipment tracking and monitoring
- Reach out to vendors for requests and communication (pricing inquiries, product questions, lead time/availability, etc.)
- Arrange and coordinate customer samples
- Assist with trade show preparations
- Conduct detailed product research
Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, be adaptable to a constantly-changing industry landscape, and be ready to become a trusted member of our growing Account Management Team. There will be a limited amount of customer interaction, and we expect Assistant Account Managers to work towards moving into an Account Manager role.
