What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Technician position at Clark Beverage Group?
The Facilities Technician will be responsible for maintaining and improving the interior and exterior of all buildings as well as maintaining mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems. Facilities Technician Responsibilities : Understand and follow all safety requirements. (JSA, LOTO etc.) Maintain a clean and safe working environment. (5S) Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on facility electrical, mechanical, and other facility installed equipment. Perform housekeeping functions and maintenance of the professional appearance of the property equipment, facilities, and grounds. Facilitate office support by responding to all office work order requests. (Assembling furniture, setting up office rooms for events, etc.) Observes and receives training, instruction, and guidance on various facility operations. Operate and maintain facility floor sweeper and scrubber. Operate and maintain facility shrink wrap baler. Follows CMMS work request systems. (Work Orders, PMs, and Installing QR codes on facility and warehouse assets). Performs other facility duties as assigned. Some overtime work is required periodically Qualifications Facilities Technician Required Qualifications : Valid driver’s license. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Five years of facility maintenance experience or building maintenance technology degree or related field. Time management and task tracking skills. Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve electrical, mechanical, and / or plumbing systems. Familiarity with operating heavy equipment (e.g., forklifts, reach-lifts, man-lifts) Excellent attention to detail. Facilities Technician Preferred Qualifications : Knowledge of HVAC Systems. Knowledge of fire / security systems. Welding / fabrication experience. Competencies : Interpersonal and written / verbal communication skills. Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CMMS)
