Summary / Objective :

The Warehouse – Layer Pick will be responsible for accurately selecting and picking product layers within the Vertique system. This role requires high attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure orders are picked and placed onto the Vertique system in a timely manner.

Warehouse – Layer Pick Responsibilities :

• Use the layer picker to accurately pick and organize product layers for order fulfillment, ensuring products are picked according to customer requirements.
• Place finished product onto the Vertique system accurately to ensure the correct pallets move through the system.
• Track and maintain accurate product counts, ensuring inventory levels are updated within the Vertique system.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure picked layers meet company quality standards and are free of defects or damage.
• Double-check orders before placing onto the system to ensure accuracy, including the right quantities and correct products.
• Coordinate with other warehouse staff to ensure timely and efficient workflow
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE while operating equipment or working in the warehouse environment.
• Keep the picking area clean, organized, and free from hazards to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools as required.
