The Internal Sales Manager at Clark Capital Management is responsible for driving sales strategy, leadership, and execution across the Platform Sales team. This individual will lead a dynamic group of Platform Consultants (PCs) to achieve revenue goals, grow market share, and strengthen client relationships. The Internal Sales Manager will work closely with Distribution Leadership and Marketing to align sales strategies with the overall business objectives.

- Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with corporate goals and maximize market expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, ensuring high performance, continuous growth, and motivation.
- Identify inefficiencies in the sales cycle, streamline processes, and introduce new tools, and techniques to drive results and productivity
- Develop and monitor KPIs, revenue targets, and sales forecasts for the team. Drive accountability for meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Partner with Senior Leadership and Relationship Managers to cultivate relationships with High-net-worth Clients, Institutional Investors, and Financial Advisors.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and product offerings.
- Provide detailed reports to Senior Management on sales metrics, market trends, and performance analysis.
- Regularly interface with Senior Executives, key distribution partners, and clients to strengthen relationships and build a forward-thinking sales strategy.
- Play an active role in recruiting top talent within the Sales department to expand capabilities and ensure a strong future sales force.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5 years of progressive experience in sales and/or sales leadership roles within asset management or financial services.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving sales performance.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills with the ability to inspire high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of asset management products and market trends.
- Strong relationship-building skills with Institutional Investors, Wealth Managers, and Financial Advisors.
