Duties and Responsibilities
- Own Sales Reporting – Collect, classify, and analyze sales data to support business intelligence and Finance workflows.
- Visualize Insights – Develop dashboards in Tableau to track sales trends and provide real-time insights to sales team.
- Ensure Data Accuracy – Validate and maintain data integrity across systems.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders – Work closely with Sales, Finance, Technology, and other teams to improve reporting and strategy.
- BA or BS or equivalent degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- 2 years experience in sales finance, financial analysis, or business intelligence (SMA or Mutual Funds a plus).
- Proficiency in data visualization software required (Tableau, Salesforce CRMA, etc.)
- SQL experience preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and external partners.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Self-starter with strong relationship-building skills.
- Solutions-oriented with a growth mindset.
- Willing to work on-site in downtown Philadelphia at least three days a week.
