Clark College has an opening for part-time English department faculty in the BEECH (Basic Education, English, Communications and Humanities) unit. We welcome applicants with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with students and colleagues from diverse backgrounds in a campus climate that provides active-based and equitably designed opportunities for student learning, respecting what all learners bring to our community. Primary teaching responsibilities include pre-college and college level composition, technical writing, and literature courses, depending on division needs and instructor’s background. This position requires the use of a variety of instructional modalities, including both in-person and online, and extensive use of technology.
