Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Estimator / Sales Person to join our team. This role is essential for meeting with residential and commercial clients. Proposing solutions for their needs, putting together an estimate to provide detailed costs on those solutions, and then trying to sell them on why they should use us to complete the solution. This person will also assist with questions on the project should our installation team in the field have any as well as help manage the project to ensure our installation team has completed it to the client's needs and expectations.
Duties
- Meet with residential and commercial clients
- Propose solutions for their landscape and concrete needs
- Put together a bid/estimate of what the solutions will cost
- Work to sell the client on why they should select us to complete this solution
- Ensure the installation team has a full understanding of what the solution is that we are doing for the client and what the client would like done
- Managing the project to ensure our client is satisfied with the end result and that it meets their needs
- Follow up with clients that have not yet booked their project with us, but received a bid
- Complete additional training provided by our in-house coaches and software to improve your sales and estimating abilities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscape or construction estimating / sales is preferred.
- Strong skills in sales / estimating / project management are preferred.
- Familiarity with over coming client objections and closing a deal.
- Proficient in accurate estimating and client communication.
- Ability to analyze project conditions and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on customer service.
- Willingness to continue to learn and expand abilities.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
