$43,680 annualized ($16/hour $5/hour tips = $21/hour x 40 hours/week)
Hours: 28-35 hours/week

Job Summary:
The Team Leaders are an integral part of the leadership team, assisting the other leaders with managing the overall operation of the store. A majority of time is spent behind the counter assisting guests, supervising and directing the workforce. We're on a mission to create enjoyment and make people happy and we have fun doing it! Must be 18 years old and have a valid drivers license.

Essential Functions
- Communication is key! You cannot over-communicate in this job.
- Coachable - you must be coachable and willing to be trained and developed as requested by General Manager and Team Manager
- Carry out shift change checklist to prepare for shift
- Support sales team with anything they need
- Go where needed most
- Keep the line fully stocked and the sales floor fully stocked
- Final say on conflict/decisions made during shift
- Authority to release team members in the event of bad weather/slow business
- Drive sales and anticipate needs before they arise
- Cover shifts (on short notice) when needed
