Your job as a team member is to help our guests in any way you can and to have fun while doing it. Our store is casual, but we do expect professionalism and punctuality. Part-time team members hours range from 16-32 hours per week and the pay is $12/hour plus approx $4/hour in tips. Because chocolate and ice cream cravings do not follow a typical 9-5 schedule, availability to work night, weekends and holidays is required.

History:
Kilwins Hendersonville is owned by young entrepreneurs, Landon and Ashley Clark. When Ashley Clark was 22-years old, she was living at home, with her parents and her college degree, working a job shed had since she was 15. Counting the number of times hed been to a Kilwins on one hand, her dad made a suggestion out of the blue: Have you ever thought about owning a Kilwins Franchise? That was October 2012. Landon and Ashley opened their first Kilwins store in 2013 in Greenville, SC. Fast forward to 2022: Landon and Ashley own and operate six Kilwins stores in GA, SC, NC, and TN. They love building relationships with their team. They teach their team to show up on time, deliver on promises, and be better communicators. They are passionate about inspiring their team members to do the things that inspire them.
