Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the pre-construction process, utilizing the Company’s extensive database to inform decisions.
- Develop and manage the overall project schedule, typically using the Pull-Planning process and project management software.
- Oversee the clash detection process, ensuring timely resolution of issues for the overall benefit of the project.
- Lead Owner meetings, ensuring clear and consistent communication with clients as needed.
- Proactively manage project risks and costs, keeping project executives informed of any potential budget issues.
- Prepare monthly profit projections and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Plan and guide the close-out process, ensuring all parties (Owner, A&E, Trade Contractors) are well-informed of their responsibilities and timelines.
- Ensure all elements are available and accurate for client billing on agreed-upon dates.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster a positive, growth-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
- Preferred: 4-year college degree, ideally in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
- Strong command of the commercial construction process with a deep understanding of municipal infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an inclusive and diverse team environment.
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time, safely, and within budget.
- Exceptional planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
- High sensitivity to client needs and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, A/E teams, contractors, and team members.
- Strong understanding of risk and cost management, with the ability to implement strategies to mitigate project risks.
- Proficiency in various project management software tools.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
