We are seeking experienced Superintendents for various construction projects in Central Michigan. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Project Manager to lead the daily activities of all trade contractors on-site. Your focus will be on safety, quality, timely project delivery, and seamless project close-out.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in managing various construction projects, with a proven history of successful, on-time project completions. A deep understanding of the construction process, exceptional planning, scheduling, and communication skills are essential to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily construction activities and coordinate with trade contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality control and meeting project goals.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in various construction projects.
- Proven track record in healthcare facility construction with successful on-time completion.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with contractors.
- OSHA 30 certification is required.
