As a Site Coordinator, you will be directing the installation, modification,
and/or repair of related work on our project sites in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities
- This individual is responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising work and subcontractors on field project sites
- Works with considerable independence but reports to project field leadership
- Understands the importance of completing the work in accordance with contract documents and building codes
- Plans work from oral and written instructions; assigns and supervises the work of personnel engaged in the installation and repairs
- Supervises, inspects and keeps records of the completion of the punch list
- Recruits and trains skilled trades helper personnel
- Establishes safety and work performance standards
- Manages material and delivery handling plans with team and subcontractors
- Orders and updates jobsite supplies as needed
- Coordinates site cleanup
- Completes miscellaneous duties or special projects as assigned.
- Graduation from a standard high school, GED or vocational school with experience as a journeyman; or equivilant training and experience
- Must be a team player and/or work well with others
- Highly preferred: Construction or related experience
- Thorough knowledge of the practices, methods, materials, tools, and equipment of the construction trade
- Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work
- Able to supervise the work of skilled and semi-skilled craft workers
- Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, drawings
- Maintains good working relationships with personnel of other departments
- Communicate clearly and concisely in writing and orally
- Skilled in the use and care of the standard tools and equipment for the industry
- Comprehends and can communicate in English
- Ability to communicate in additional language(s) encouraged
