Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Provide guidance and direction to construction crews
- Review blueprints
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues or delays
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a foreman or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and blueprints
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in construction estimating
