What are the responsibilities and job description for the Public Defender Department Administrative Assistant position at Clark County Assessor?
The Clark County Public Defender Department has a full time administrative assistant position available. Duties include:
preparing pleadings, legal documents and correspondence
client support both in person and by telephone
electronic filing of documents
calendar management for multiple attorneys
Applicants should be comfortable with standard administrative computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite and video conferencing programs such as Zoom. Education and/or experience in the legal field is preferred, but not mandatory.
Annual; pay for the position is currently $42,350.00
