Description
Under the direction of the AVP Branch Operations, this position is responsible for efficiently directing and administering all aspects of branch daily operations and assigned employees. The Branch Manager has direct oversite in coaching and training the staff to achieve the departmental and credit union goals, while ensuring Members are promptly and professionally served.

Qualifications
SUPERVISORY SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Skill in leading, directing, coaching, motivating, delegating, evaluating, counseling and recognizing employee accomplishments.
Ability to cross-train employees on all credit union products
Ability to develop and encourage cooperation and teamwork among employees
Skills in properly staffing department during business hours
Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners
Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent, with some college courses in business or business finance preferred
Knowledge of branch operational activities and practices as would normally be acquired from four years of increasingly responsible experience within a financial institution
KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of Board policies and credit union goals, organizational structure, policies, procedures (including Office Procedures Manual and Employee Handbook), and practices. Credit Union products, services, programs and promotions. Computer system/software (DNA, Meridian Link, Lending 360 etc.) to effectively perform job.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS
Ability to obtain a valid driver’s license and provide proof of insurance
Ability to obtain a Nevada State Notary License and bonding
Salary : $71,905 - $84,594
