What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at Clark Crew BBQ?
Who we’re looking for…
We are looking for a passion for fun and BBQ, so we’ll provide you the training and you provide the fantastic service and
experience to our guests. You will learn both Front of House and Back of House operations. During your training you will
work closely with an experienced Manager and Team Members on projects such as preparing food, performance evaluations,
and personnel development.
Now what will be expected of you! As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be expected to lead, train and coach all
team members to provide a great guest experience. Have strong passion to serve and manage the overall operation of the
restaurant. Maximize sales and restaurant profitability. Participate in interviewing, hiring, training and developing our
team members. Conduct weekly inventory to minimize waste and control costs. Must be a motivational leader who enjoys
working in a fast paced environment! Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
