Who we’re looking for…
We are looking for someone with a passion for BBQ and especially Clark Crew BBQ! A team player who has the desire to learn about our in-house smoked, made from scratch recipes that wants to serve up the best BBQ in Oklahoma. Prep Cooks ensure our Guests receive a great experience that will bring them back for more.
Now what will be expected of you!
Of course, we expect you to be on time, looking like a Clark Crew team member. You’ll also make sure that food safety standards are followed. Support your fellow Team Members when we are smokin’ busy and complete side duties that include but may not be limited to preparing food, monitor ticket times, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.

Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous Prep or kitchen experience preferred
Skills/Competencies/Certifications:
• Ability to accurately read, interpret and prepare all food recipes within Clark Crew BBQ guidelines
• Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required. Must be able to communicate effectively with other kitchen staff.
• Capable of using knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation equipment
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, smokers, ovens, stoves, and dishwashers
• Ability to utilize timers and thermometers effectively when preparing recipes
