Family Office Real Estate Investment client seeking talented Bookkeeper/Office Administrator with experience in QuickBooks.
Administrative Tasks:
- Order office supplies.
- Maintain accurate files for various entities.
- Scan, organize, and file invoices for annual CAM)reconciliations.
- Responsible for processing check deposits.
- Prepare and distribute monthly preferred equity statements.
- Generate and send rent statements to commercial tenants monthly.
- Maintain and Organize reminders to ensure timely and efficient task management.
Tax and Reporting:
- Collaborate with third-party CPA firm to assist in the preparation of K-1, 1099, and other tax-related documents.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive list of W-9 forms for active vendors.
- Prepare lender-required quarterly financial reports.
- Ensure accurate recording of sales tax paid and collected and handle timely quarterly sales tax filings.
- File annual reports for multiple entities.
Bookkeeping:
- Perform full cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Record general journal entries to reflect non-cash transactions.
- Maintain an accurate record of all financial activities.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring books reflect actual cash available.
- Perform monthly P&L scrubs.
- Organize and file accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and miscellaneous financial paperwork.
- Prepare and distribute monthly investor reports.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with QuickBooks, Outlook, and Excel.
- Intermediate understanding of Job cost accounting.
- Experience with AP & AR processes.
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
