Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the company’s physical buildings, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and fire safety equipment.
- Ensure the facility complies with health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Manage facility operations, including janitorial services, landscaping, and waste management.
- Implement strategies for energy efficiency and sustainability within the facility.
- Oversee the management of vendor relationships and external contractors for building services.
- Engineering Management:
- Lead and supervise the engineering team to ensure the proper design, installation, and maintenance of building systems and infrastructure.
- Coordinate engineering projects, including planning, budgeting, and executing projects on time and within scope.
- Identify and resolve any technical issues related to engineering systems and operations.
- Perform regular inspections to ensure systems and equipment are operating effectively and efficiently.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance and engineering staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and production, to ensure facility and engineering needs align with organizational goals.
- Provide training and development opportunities for the team to enhance skillsets and improve performance.
- Budgeting & Cost Management:
- Develop and manage the annual budget for facility maintenance, capital projects, and engineering operations.
- Ensure cost-effective solutions for repairs, upgrades, and improvements.
- Track expenditures and monitor spending to stay within budget.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure a safe working environment for all employees by enforcing health and safety protocols.
- Perform regular safety audits and risk assessments.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations and ensure compliance across all aspects of the facility and engineering operations.
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
