The Quality & Manufacturing Engineering Manager optimizes the quality assurance and manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement, product quality, and compliance, innovate and shape strategies and ensure cost-effective, high quality manufacturing operations in a collaborative, high performing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee quality control systems in compliance with ISO 9001 standards, driving continuous improvement and addressing quality issues.
Manage manufacturing engineering to optimize production, improve efficiency, and support new product launches.
Lead process improvements to reduce waste, enhance quality, and boost efficiency.
Lead a team of three
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve defects and process deviations.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, maintaining accurate documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality and engineering concerns.
Develop and track key performance indicators to drive data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align quality and engineering goals with business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
6 years of experience in quality assurance/manufacturing engineering, with 1 years in a leadership role.
Experience with ISO 9001 standards and Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Proficient in root cause analysis, RCCA, CAPA, and quality management tools.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
