We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Intercompany/Transfer Pricing Accounting to join our team at a Leading Retail Company in Somerset County.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise intercompany reconciliation processes and consolidation, including accounting for loans and profit
- Interpret complex transactions and ensure compliance with GAAP and taxing authority regulations
Qualifications
- BS Degree in Accounting/Finance and CPA certification required
- MBA preferred
- 8 years of relevant accounting experience
- Excellent communication skills
