Clark Dietz provides Civil, Environmental, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering services out of our Wausau office located in North Central Wisconsin. We have an opportunity for an entry-level Civil Engineer in our Wausau, WI office. The selected candidate will provide planning, design and may be assigned to construction observation services for municipal infrastructure projects.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assists with design tasks including computations, analysis and modeling for sanitary and storm sewer systems, water systems, and local road and drainage improvement projects.
- Assists with the preparation of reports, construction plans, specifications, supporting documents and permit applications.
- Provides construction observation services on roadway, water, sewer, and drainage improvement projects.
- Interprets construction plans and documents, computes quantities and verifies measurements and layouts.
- Maintains project documentation, daily reports of construction site activity, and project files.
- Interacts with the public and officials to respond to inquiries and resolve problems.
